Innovation Research On Archives Service Socialization

Since the early 1980s in last century, most countries in the world take active response to the impact of information reform and the knowledge economy, in terms of government functions, social management and public services become the consensus of governments. New concepts, new theories, new models are often occurred with the reform, in this process we need to constantly adjust the old model to meet the needs of the time. Governments will use the mode of socialization to provide public service; a significant feature of the model is the injection of market mechanisms and competition into public services. As time went by, the advantages of public social services model will become increasingly evident; the supply efficiency of public services will be greatly improved. Archives is one of the functions of government departments; it also takes the responsibility of providing public services. How to make file services common to the community has become a requirement of the reform. How to make the public services better is the focus of the management in the new century. Making the file Services socialization, is fundamentally a philosophy of innovation, but also a exploration of a system. We need to update the original concept to understand and look at things with a new perspective, to understand and grasp new things, to discuss and define new things with a new theory. That requests us to innovate file services, expand the service field from the aspects of service ways and module.This article is based on the research results of the existing file services, aims to carry out file services socialization case studies, through the typical case-" Archives Crossing " analysis, try to summarize social model for different regions and different subjects under changing conditions, thereby contributing to the new progress. This article is divided into five parts. The first part is an overview of the file service socialization. First it elaborates related research situation of the archives service socialization, defines the related concept of the service.The second part is the mainly introduction of file services socialization success case-" Archives Crossing ", in terms of the founder motivation, the founder form, the founder course, the founder effect and the impact on " Archives Crossing " respectively.The third part is the detailed analysis with the use of the theory of journalism "Archives Crossing".
