A Comparative Study Of Archives Website’s Information Services Of The Four Nicipalities:Beijing,Tianjin,Shanghai And Chongqing

With the popularity of the Internet and the rapid development of information technology, more and more archival institutions choose to create archives websites on the Internet to provide users with online information services, such as online search, online education and training, online consulting, and so on. But because of its own factors, the breadth and depth of archives websites ’services is not all the same, and the overall level of information services of China’s archives website is still in a low position.This study firstly analyze and compare some mature authoritative evaluation index system of domestic and foreign about government sites, e-government evaluation, archives website and other aspects,and select the most valuable index system to evaluation of archives website’s information service on he basis of the comparison—The archives website evaluation index system created by Institute of information Resource Management of Chinese people’s University. On this basis have a partial adjust to select index which closely related with archives website’s information service, and evaluatie some second index directly which don’t need overly detailed,as a result,forming the archives website’s information service evaluation index system.Secondly, according to the formation of the archives website information service evaluation index system, compare the four municipalities’ archives information network information service of Beijing, tianjin, Shanghai, chongqing one by one.Finally, provides some enlightenment on the basis of the comparison.This study aims to provide later researchers in the field of in-depth thinking. And through the comparison of information service of the four municipalities, advancing four municipalities’ archives information network consolidate advantages, improves the deficiency, and firstly provides users with more high-quality information services, secondly,provides the reference to more archives website information service construction in the future, thirdly, promotes our country archives website information service level of ascension as a whole.
