Design And Implementation Of Collaborative Office Platform Based On Socialization

With the continuous progress of the Internet technology and social networking technology, human beings has entered a new times. Moreover,the forms of communication between people are also undergoing tremendous changes when social tools have become an essential way of communication in personal life. At the same time, traditional enterprise collaborative office systems are also being subjected to the impact of social networks, which has a big obstacle in levels and departments. Because of the lack of communication and sharing between users, enterprise office has gradually formed the model of information island. Therefore, enterprises urgently need a new way to solve these problems, which can realize the information exchange and knowledge sharing between employees so that break the barriers between the former administrative departments. Furthermore, enterprises not only need rebuild the enterprise management mode but also improve the effectiveness of the organization, so as to establish a new way of collaborative office which achieve that management innovation.In order to solve the above problems, this paper introduces the concept of social to improve the traditional collaborative office system and in the end, the system is analyzed and designed through extending use-case driven analysis method, which are all based on the current research results all over the world. From the users’ point of view, the system really achieves barrier-free communication and realizes the office mode of human center. The enterprise’s users can publish status, topic and other characteristics social tool. The main research contents and innovations of this paper are as follows:In this paper not only carefully analyze and research on the social concepts and social tools, but also analyze the existing traditional collaborative office system and their excellent functions, which applied to the system. This article improves existing use-case driven method, and cites a new use case, which is mainly used to describe the non-functional requirements and modeling system. Finally, extending use-case driven analysis method is proposed, meanwhile apply it to the analysis and design of social collaborative office system.According to traditional coordination office system based on social demand, and demand analysis to the whole system, which can be used to design the structure of social coordination office system.The system architecture and function structure of the social collaborative office system are presented. According to the functional architecture, specific system function analysis and design are conducted. In the design process, after analyzing the business process, extending use-case driven method is used in the system and draw the corresponding flow chart and time sequence diagram. So it is convenient to use the J2 EE technology framework to develop the system. Finally to achieve social collaborative office system function and performance test.
