Derived from various aspects of human life, as the original record of human social life, archives, even called"social memory", are precious cultural treasure. Therefore, the availability of archives information resources to the whole society is both the beginning and the end of work on archives. Conventional services offered by archives work have been in the state of being blocked out, passiveness, and backwardness, owing to the limitation of such factors as traditional culture, system makeup, ideology, technical methods and so on. On one hand, the value of archives has not been brought into play; on the other hand, people's need for archives has not been met sufficiently. Under the internet circumstance, the conflict between people's increasing demand for archives information resources (especially online resources) and inefficient archives service becomes more and more evident. Accordingly, against the background of internet circumstance, this thesis makes a superficial research into the strategic modes of modern archives socialization service, for the purpose that the value of archives can be realized in real society, and in turn, people's demand for archives information resources can be met to the largest extent.Socialization of archives information resources service is a process of combining the public's recognition with the realization of archives. On one hand, the public should be more and more aware of the value and importance of archives; on the other hand, it should be a definite duty for archives to provide effective service for the public.
