| Feng Huiling,a famous archivist in China,once proposed that"archives play an irreplaceable role in the development of society."With the country entering a new era of rapid development,the society's dependence on archival information is also increasing.Therefore,in the "13th Five-Year Plan Outline for the Development of National Archives"issued by the State Council in April 2016,it is emphasized that the"three systems"(i.e.the archival resources system covering the people,the archival utilization system facilitating the people,and the archives that ensure the safety and confidentiality of archives)should be deepened.Safety system construction.Under the background of new form,new environment,new requirements and new development,the archives circle has to start thinking about how to improve the ability of socialization of archives service.This question includes:how to recognize the archival needs of society?How to establish a social demand-oriented archives service system?How to improve the experience of archives service socialization?How to evaluate the current socialization of archival services and so on.Therefore,the exploration of improving the socialization ability of archives service not only has certain theoretical significance,but also has strong practical value.But,China has a vast territory,and the level of development and cultural customs in different regions vary greatly.At the same time,different administrative levels of national comprehensive archives assume different responsibilities for the socialization of service.The"one-size-fits-all"approach is not suitable for the overall study of the socialization of archival services.This paper chooses the municipal(state)level national archives as the research object,and designs the research roadmap of"Introduction-Conceptual Framework-Practical Exploration-Countermeasure Proposal-Summary"to study the socialization of archival services.The introduction is the introduction of the paper.This chapter investigates and analyses the relevant literature at home and abroad to understand the status quo,achievements and shortcomings of the research on the socialization of archival services,come up with the intentions and significance of study,and express the idea of the author.The conceptual framework is the first chapter of the paper.Based on the basic national conditions of our country,the author combs the practical framework of the socialization of archival services from the macro level,elaborates the basic problems of who does,what does,for whom and the necessity of implementation of the socialization of archival services.By subdividing its contents into the functional subject,service object,service basis,service principle and service route of archival services.In order to fully improve the concept and practical framework of the socialization of archival services,we should take measures to improve the practical significance of archival services.Practical inquiry is the second chapter of the paper.The author collects information from X State Comprehensive Archives for many times,obtains detailed information and studies it.Through analysis,the author finds out the problems existing in the service socialization of the archives.Through interviewing the staff of the archives,the author discovers the deep reasons behind the problems.The countermeasures are put forward as the Third chapter and the core chapter of the paper.The ultimate purpose of this chapter is to promote the socialization ability of archives services.Based on the previous analysis,this chapter carries out a"prescription for the case"to solve the current resistance factors which are not conducive to the socialization of archives services,and strives to solve the problems from the practical level.The last chapter of the paper summarizes the author's analysis of the case,and looks forward to the improvement of the ability of the city(state)level national comprehensive archives in Yunnan Province,with a view to bringing practical value to the archives cause in Yunnan Province. |
