Research On The Status Quo Of Henan Provincecountry-leve Library And Sustainable Development

Now, the party and the government are promoting the construction of public cultural service system and building new socialist countryside.And,in this background,great changes have taken place in the living environment of county libraries in Henan Provinc.But there are still many difficulties and problems associated with the development which in the development of long-term constraints of county level library has not been solved. Therefore,the research has important theoretical significance and practical value to the present situation and development of county libraries in Henan province.This thesis consists of six parts:The first chapter is an introduction.Through the analysis of the literature research and qualitative analysis, this paper expounds the background and significance of topics,the research content and the research methods of literature study, similar domestic, as well as innovation, this part is the theoretical basis of this study.The second chapter interprets the related concepts and the county library, define the research category of this article.The third chapter through the analysis of the statistical data points out the existing problems which shows from the number of distribution,physical infrastructure,modernization of equipment and application,information resources construction、the quality of personnel structure and so on.The fourth chapter analysize influence factors of the development of henan county library,from politics, economy, culture, technology and history.The fifth chapter aimed at the status and influencing factors of henan county library, from two aspects: the government and the henan county library itself, and put forward to strengthen the concept of sustainable development, give full play to the government’s leading function, Improve the library management system,clear at the county level library core values and mission,guided by the demands of local information to strengthen the construction of information resources,according to the actual to promote library modernization,strengthen the service innovation and improve the service ability and so on,then,put forward the development strategy of Henan county library.The sixth chapter is the conclusion part,conclute the research work of this paper, pointed out the deficiency of the paper。...
