Research On The Sustainable Development Of Rural Libraries In Qijiazi Town Of Changtu County

Nationwide constructions about rural libraries have completed five years ahead of schedule at 2012,marking the nationwide coverage of the rural public press system is basically completed,creating a new situation in rural cultural construction.As an important part of rural cultural construction,it is necessary to make a comprehensive,systematic and scientific investigation on its development.Based on the survey about the rural libraries in Qijiazi Town,Changtu County,Liaoning Province,this paper is about the configuration of the rural libraries in Qijiazi Town,Changtu County,Liaoning Province,and the understanding of the needs and suggestions from the farmers in Qijiazi Township,Changtu County,Liaoning Province about the culture and service,the understanding of the management of the rural libraries,and also the analyses and conclusions about the development status of rural libraries in Qijiazi Town of Changtu County,Liaoning Province.On the basis of investigations and analyses,this paper summarizes the key issues that restrict the sustainable development of rural library by using the theory of sustainable development,and explores the countermeasures for sustainable development of rural library,and puts forward some feasible operation plans.The paper puts forward the new idea of "marriage" to enterprise and the "joint" with the university to promote the sustainable development of the rural library,so that the rural library can really become the beneficiary project for farmers.
