Every year, the various units and business results for the year will be busy with workto summarize, while departments and staff efforts related to the year-end welfaredepartments and individuals. Assessment of staff performance appraisal focuses onbehavior, it is not just a process of supervision and to measure the value of employees, itis the human resource management department for an act of employee behavior guide theway, through the assessment itself, as well as with individual feedback payroll contact,through an indirect way to guide and encourage employees to adopt a more direct orpositive attitudes and behaviors to treat the next job.At present, in most enterprise IT, HR staff on the assessment test questions, thereare some problems, in reality, there is no uniform standard to quantify the results of thetest work of staff, so the testers work together to implement the results of the assessmentrelatively difficult. In this paper, the navigation data for a specific test case Limitedbipartite, the spirit of improving the quality test to test for the purpose of the assessmenton the basis of the work under the project, has also joined the ability to assess the qualityof staff, growth from both work and personal achievement a big aspect to examine a fullrange of multi-angle test bipartite employees to achieve business performance appraisalobjectives.Performance appraisal system introduced in this paper, its developed using C#language, in the form of development and design using the B/S architecture model.NET technology, using the currently more popular and relatively high level of securitySQL Server database and ADO. NET database access technology, and in order to have abetter user experience, the use of Ajax technology system asynchronous updates.
