With our country joining WTO, our economic towards globalization and our country bank system has also been a big influence. the Banks in our country from the four major state-owned Banks monopoly becoming more and more private Banks and foreign Banks into domestic, and compete with big four state Banks. On the staff performance appraisal can effectively motivate staff work enthusiasm and motivation, thus enhance the competitiveness of Banks. Therefore, employee performance appraisal is an effective way to promote the competitiveness of the bank. However, the traditional manual performance appraisal due to defects, such as subjectivity and lag, it has already cannot adapt to the job needs in today’s rapid economic development. Many employees for performance evaluation of unfair, unjust and disappointed for the Banks, lose the enthusiasm of work, even change jobs, this is definitely a big loss for the Banks. In order to improve the efficiency of performance appraisal, guarantee the fairness and justice of performance appraisal, stimulate staffs work enthusiasm, to develop a scientific and rational bank staff performance appraisal management system is imminent.This paper introduces Bank of Nanjing, Changshu branch performance appraisal management system, adopts C/S structure, uses the UNIX operating system, database use Oracle database, and uses C#language development. According to the level of leadership, the user of this system set up different permissions, used to distinguish between different levels of permissions to the operation of the system of leadership. According to the existing bank performance appraisal of the relevant knowledge, firstly analyzes the system requirements, and system functional requirements, the bank staff performance appraisal management system consists of user management module, employee information management module, performance, salary management module, management module, examination assessment index statistics management module, sales account management module, performance report management module, evaluation feedback management module of the eight modules. According to conclude that the eight modules, research the realization of the function of each module are analyzed in detail, and the general requirements, design principles, and then write code to realize functions, completed a fully functional, superior performance of the bank staff performance appraisal management system.The implementation of this system will be the bank’s performance appraisal to the informationization, greatly improve the efficiency of the bank employee performance appraisal, to ensure fair and objective performance appraisal, stimulate staffs work enthusiasm, and promote the competitiveness of the bank. Therefore, this system has very broad market prospects in the banking industry, more and more Banks will use information-based performance evaluation.
