It’s a long period when drug flow from production, storage, logistics to consumers, and the system of drug circulation lack effective Management specification. When there is some problems of drug quality, can not clear the Responsibility identification, in the end cannot guarantee the rights of consumers. The plasma and vaccine particularity of cold-chain medicine decides that cold-chain medicine needs strictly controlled the temperature environment in circulation system. The subject use RFID, GPRS and SQL Server to develop the system of cole-chain monitoring and infonmation management system for medicine based on RFID, Achieved Intelligent management and traceability for the basic information of drugs, implementation the reference of basic information and humiture data for cold-chain medicine.Through analysis the functional requirements of system to bulit the overall rchitecture and hardware platform of system, determine the Working frequency as2.45GHZ. System use the C#language and based the platform of Visual Studio2008, choose SQL Server2008as the database to develop the function module. And use UDP transport layer protocol as Communication protocol of transport interface.Chose the CRC check method to develop the tamper-proof module to avoid the interference, and used Binary tree search algorithm to design the tag collision module to avoid the collision between the tags. And designed the Security authentication mechanism to ensure the safty of the system. In order to guarantee the accurancy and real time of data, system use GPRS module to achieve wireless transmission.when the RFID equipment collecting the data, GPRS module transmit the data to the server of system. In this way can guarantee the safty of the data, and avoid the possibility of change data in illegal.The cold-chain system can clollect and record the data of temperature and humidity of environment. Can achieve humiture monitoring, display and play back the time history of humiture data. The information management system can manage the data of drug, storage, logistics, can trace the circulation of drug.
