In the daily food consumption of Chinese residents,the proportion of fresh food is increasing year by year.Recently,the number of online fresh food market affected by the epidemic has increased dramatically,and the cold chain logistics market has grown rapidly.As an infrastructure in the middle reaches of the fresh food supply chain,the total scale of cold chain logistics market reached 339.12 billion yuan in 2019,an increase of 50.52 billion yuan over 2018 and an increase of 17.60% year-on-year.However,fresh products frequently occur due to cold chain disconnection,cold chain technical defects,lack of supervision and other reasons,which seriously affect consumer confidence and cause widespread concerns about cold chain transportation.Therefore,it is necessary to study and improve the cold chain logistics traceability system,locate the relevant problems and responsible persons in the process of cold chain logistics,improve the cold chain logistics service quality,and realize the supervision of the supervisors on the cold chain logistics process,so as to ensure the quality and safety of fresh products.Company J is an e-commerce enterprise,which has a certain cold chain distribution capacity.However,in the actual operation of the cold chain,it is troubled by the high operating cost of the cold chain,the high failure rate of the cold chain,and the difficult positioning of the failure problem and the responsible person.Problems such as positioning are troubled.In this context,this paper studies the traceability system of J enterprise,through the analysis of enterprise cold chain traceability requirements,targeted to j enterprise cold chain traceability system optimization design,hoping to explore the improvement of cold chain traceability system.This paper starts from the current situation of the industry and the existing problems of cold chain traceability,describes the research background of the paper,and then sorts out the related theories of cold chain traceability and technology,introduces the application methods,and combs the research status at home and abroad from the aspects of cold chain traceability technology and the application methods of this paper.Then through field research and other methods to understand the status quo of J enterprise cold chain traceability,analyze the status quo of J enterprise cold chain logistics,business processes,and summarize the j enterprise traceability subject,objectives and system architecture.Then,through the improved FEMA method to determine the optimization requirements in the traceability system,summarize and put forward the existing problems of J enterprise cold chain traceability.According to the short board problem of J enterprise temperature data monitoring,a multi-sensor temperature data fusion model is proposed to solve the problem.At the same time,based on the temperature data fusion model,the temperature information traceability is optimized,and two schemes are used for the temperature data collection of key nodes and transportation process.Secondly,aiming at the problem that J enterprise does not have a unified coding standard,a more scientific coding standard scheme is proposed according to GS1 system,so that the information of each stage of cold chain traceability can be accurate,unified,and cover more information at the same time.Finally,the cold chain traceability subsystem of J enterprise is redesigned to improve the cold chain traceability system of J enterprise.Finally,the effect before and after optimization is analyzed,and the expected effect is obvious.Finally,the effect before and after optimization is analyzed,and the expected effect is good.
