Research On The Halal Beef And Mutton Supply Chain Traceability System Based On Mobile Internet

This paper proposes a solution to the quality traceability system of halal beef and mutton supply chain with mobile Internet as a basis. The design of the traceability system of halal beef and mutton supply chain consists of five parts, which are breeding management, slaughtering management, cold chain logistics management, sales management and traceability queries respectively. Through the traceability system, breeding and slaughtering of cattle, as well as the transportation and sales of their meat will be stored in the source database in the form of accurate data. When consumers are buying beef or mutton products, they can have access to all the traceability information of the meat through the source codes of the goods.First of all, the paper studies the application of the radio frequency identification technology in the process of cattle and sheep breeding, slaughtering and the traceability of transportation supply chain. Based on AS3993chip, a reader of super high radio frequency identification, which is supported by the protocol of ISO/IEC18000-6C, is designed. The baseband part of the reader mainly includes the main controller C8051F342, USB interface, SPI interface and regular power supply circuit. RF part includes RF transceiver chip AS3993, loop filter, power amplifier and transceiver isolating circuit. What’s more, the USB driving program of the reader for the android system is studied and written.Then, the satellite positioning technology, radio frequency identification technology, and wireless sensor network technology are applied to meat traceability system in order to monitor cold-chain transport vehicles. The temperature and humidity information collected by ADT7320and SHTC1sensor will be sent to monitoring terminal by means of Zigbee short-distance wireless communication unit, which includes C8051F342microcellular and CC1101wireless RF chips. Monitoring terminal will upload the monitored data of the vehicles to the Internet via mobile data server so that the users can learn logistics monitoring information of beef and mutton products through the traceability system, and provide logistics enterprises with services such as navigation and vehicle scheduling.Besides, the QR code label with the function of anti-counterfeiting roots is deigned. Label generation, printing and recognition program are finished with the Android system. The image processing method of improving QR code recognition rate is mainly researched. Halal beef and mutton logo, based on QR codes, can better solve the problem of letting fake meat into the market by copying, stealing the source code from the traceability technology system.Finally, considering the systematic functional requirements, the system function framework and traceability system server network topology are designed. With the HACCP theory, the critical control points in the supply chain are analyzed and databases of every part of the supply chain traceability system is designed, which lead to the initial realization of B/S mode server development.
