Rural drug safety is a major issue of people’s livelihood, drugs are related to people ’s lives and health of the special and important products, while China is a large agricultural country, China’s total rural population accounts for the majority of the population, the rural masses in the process of using drugs, and its safety has become an important factor in our national health.In this paper, the Guangdong Rural drug safety management features combined with the current situation and the needs of rural drug " two networks" construction, the use of advanced computer network and information technology research and development covering a set of Guangdong characteristics county, town and village in rural unified drug safety information service platform; platform and application of the model by the jurisdiction in Yangdong town, village, rural province to explore effective methods of drug safety information service system and its mode of operation and management of the construction, so as to ensure that the majority of farmers in our province medication safety, economical, convenient and efficient information services to provide strong support platform, and promote " two networks" within the system of the relevant regulatory agencie, pharmaceutical companies and drug use supply units to continuously improve its information technology applications and service levels;In this thesis, content and innovation are:(1) Research and development of the rural grass-roots county Drug electronic monitoring and safety traceability system, system and user management, pharmacy inventory data upload management, pharmacy management routine inspection, the relative who file management, grid regulation, pharmacy information integrated Query development functions. Among them, some innovation in terms of technology-based electronic map grid monitoring drug;(2) Research and development of mobile phone-based APP drug regulatory system, the realization of two-dimensional code scanning and recognition mobile phone and other functions, and the flow of drugs and drug regulatory supervision by entering the network which realized the phone-based APP Drug electronic monitoring code scanning and recognition technology innovation;(3) Research and development of rural pharmacies client information management system, to meet the rural pharmacies, drugs into the village health stations, sales, inventory management and other basic functions, and report regularly to the county comprehensive service system automatically reported, sales, save data, etc. functions to meet the basic requirements of GSP management pharmacy;(4) To complete the development of rural grassroots food and drug safety information network services, including the establishment of drug administration services to people seeking treatment, the farmers asked the drug, assured food, medication safety, expert advice, village doctors training, information, supply and demand information and membership services, information services columns, constructed rural peasants food and drug companies and drug safety information service platform.
