In twenty-first Century, the competition between enterpirses is regarded as thecompetition of talent, how to attract talents, retain talents, using talents even of vitalimportance, related to the vital interests of the enterpirse so, human resource management isbecoming increasingly widespread attention of all types of enterpirses‘However, the humanresource management of the basic problems of low eiffciency,high cost disadvantage,therefore, the key to improve the enterprise human resources management eiffciency, reducethe cost of enterpirse human resources has become the human resource management andenterpirse competition.In China, more and more enterprises to adopt sotfware management mode of theenterprise human resoucres management work, relative to the general terms of softwareproject, software project management class with a long cycle, the change is frequent, strongindependence and special features, the current research on sotfware project management is stillin its pirmary stage. Therefore, the sotfware project management work is particularlyimportant, management mechanism and management pattern of good can effectively improvethe project progress, to achieve the desired objectives of the project.Firstly, rfom the background and the present situation of human resource management ofY oilfield, illustrate the importance and necessity of development and construction of theenterpirse human resources management information system. Secondly, the development of Yoil field of human resource management information system as a project to treat, with the helpof the project management body of knowledge, the use of project management methods andtools, combined with the relevant contents of sotfware project management, extend themeaning and objectives of the project clear oil human resource management informationsystem implementation, the formulation of the project scope, schedule, resource planning, setthe overall rfamework of the project, a reasonable division of the scope and the phases of theproject row. Then, put forward a lot of problems may exist in the preparation, to extend theoilfield construction project human resource management information system in the implementation process, and then the causes of these possible problems in-depth analysis,combined with the actual oilifeld put forward countermeasures and suggestions. Finally,summarizes how to use project management method is effective in the management of humanresources in the process of sotfware development conclusion. It can not only improve thewhole process of oil extended project management, avoid the problems, to prevent a possiblebias in the course of the project, to provide a valuable reference for future project management,it has the vital signiifcance for the perfection of our project management theory.
