LDMS Project Schedule Management

With the advent of information age, demand for software in businesses is increasing, the development scale and difficulty of software project is more and more difficult. To meet the requirements of software projects, software companies have introduced the software project management, in the software project management process, the planning and schedule control of the software project is one of the cores related to the success of the project. Based on the study of a specific software project, Lutai Dormitory Management System, this paper provides an example for software enterprises on how to implement management of schedule control for the software project.In this paper, using a combination of theory and practice approach, the general management of schedule control for software project was analyzed and studied at first, then through study on the specific software project, Lutai Dormitory Management System, actual problems in schedule control of software project were discussed, and the corresponding solutions were proposed.This paper introduced the background of the topic, the present condition, significance and contents of the research at first. Then, using integrated knowledge of project management, software engineering and software project management, schedule management and schedule control in the development of general software project was studied. On the basis of above, using the specific project, Lutai Dormitory Management System, as the research object, the four stages of the project:the definition and sequencing of project activities, estimate of project duration, project schedule, project progress control, were analyzed respectively. Problems occurred during the progress of schedule control were processed with meta-analysis, and reasonable response options were proposed.In this paper, while carrying out the project schedule management knowledge-based argument, more emphasis was put on the human factor in the software project, human resources management was proposed to be vigorously improved.
