In recent years,project management theory has become more and more widely used in software development projects.Project human resource management is an important part of software development projects.Human resources management in software development projects plays a decisive role in the efficient completion of projects.At present,most software development projects pay more attention to the control of project costs and schedules,thereby ignoring the project-based human resource management.Therefore,project human resources management of software development has important practical applications and theoretical research.This article analyzes the characteristics of the X company Y software development project,and learns the key points of the human resource management module in project management.Through the case study,it analyzes some practical problems in the human resources management of the project in Y project,and aims at the project human resource management.The plan was incomplete,the project resource calendar was not established,the project performance evaluation system was not standardized,the team conflict,the corresponding training mechanism was not standardized,and there was no corresponding project incentive policy.The human resources management plan,resource calendar,and performance evaluation were formulated.Institutions,training programs,incentive systems,and conflict management methods.The implementation of the solution was carried out,and the results of the operation were analyzed.The results were summarized and forecasted.
