:The human resources carried out in software projects are important resources, software development project has the particularity of their own profession, and a good human resources management software project for completing the project plays an important role. Currently, Software companies pay more attention to the development of technologies and methods research, but the researches on the software about human resources are much rarely.This thesis analysis the characteristics of software development and the problems exist in human resource management currently, human resources management for the software project in human resource planning, team building, team training, performance management, compensation system management, also incentives and team cohesion content are studied.
