Application And Research Of The Software Project Management In The Human Resource Management Information System

Human Resource Management Information System(HRMIS), as one of the mostimportant systems in modem enterprises management, is developed by large-quantities ofmedium-sized software enterprises. Because of its special features, it's not easy to makefull use of manpower and materials in stated time and budget with high efficiency and tofulfill the aim with high quality. This is mainly caused by inefficient software projectmanagement towards the complicated system development. This thesis focuses on how tocarry out schedule and cost management, quality management and risk managementeffectively in human resource management information system by means of internationaladvanced ideas and methods in management.Through cases on the development of human resource management informationsystem in our country, this thesis analyses current problems in developing human resourcemanagement information system and it's based on the theory of project management.Meanwhile, some progress has been made through analysis and evidence in scheduleand cost management, quality management and risk management by combining QQPMC—HR software development.1. It covers some specific process and ways fit for the schedule and cost plan andcontrol in human resource management information system development of some inlandmedium-sized enterprises.2. It analyses some key factors in quality guarantee and control of human resourcemanagement information system program and provides some effective methods of qualitymanagement for medium-sized software enterprises.3. Through some analysis on the adjustment of traditional risk management, itprovides some practical ways of risk management.This thesis can act as a reliable and effective guide for medium-sized softwareenterprises as they develop human resource management information system or somesimilar systems.
