Most of the human resources focus on the management only, and take no consideration of the manufacture. In order to improve this situation, this thesis systematically carries on the research of small and medium manufacturing business enterprise human resources management characteristic, the domain analysis and modeling of the MES human resources based on ontology, and the design of domain component, taking the human resources management in MES as the research object, and the development of an effective human resources management structure and the associated reusable domain components as the research target, The research results are then applied to the design and development of the human resources management system. The main work and achievements obtained are as follows:1. Studies domestic and overseas advanced human resources management ideas and strategy, the importance and the functionality of the human resources management in the business enterprise management model and its influences on the construction of other management sub-systems, analyzes the relationship between the human resources management system and other management sub-systems, derives the model for the information exchange between the interior and the exterior of the domain. And so provides a reference model for the design and implementation of human resources management system for manufacturing enterprises.2. Describes and analyzes the human resources management domain knowledge in MES through the ontology approach, carries out the human resources management ontology development method, ascertains the domain boundary, derives the divisions of human resources management system function module, and derives an ontology model for the domain.3. Carries out the mapping from the domain essence to the object model, retrieves the distributed type component from the domain object model, conducts the development and design of the business function components, and obtains the basic business components in the human resources management domain in MES.4. Based upon the above-presented research results, completes the design of a human resources management sub-system for the component-based manufacturing process research and development of MES platform project, takes QingDao XuanWei Coating Limited Company as the implement object, verifies the flexibility and reusability of the basic business components of the proposed human resources management domain in MES.
