Performance evaluation has an important position in the companies,It is the core of the company and the hub.It can improve enterprise work ability and efficiency,for the company in the fierce market competition occupy vantage point to provide powerful conditions.Performance management is already very tedious work,however,difficult to manage.With the development of science and technology in our country,each big enterprise gradually blend in computer technology,network technology to the performance management.To manage the performance information through modern technology,is this information to the scientific and standardized management,make the company's performance evaluation work in perfect order.In this paper,through the development of mobile company performance in-depth research and analysis,according to the time the mobile company performance management personnel needs,analysis of the whole system as well as the detailed function,at the same time also introduces the system development environment,running environment,information function,etc.In order to design and realize mobile company staff performance appraisal management information system as the goal,the main functions of the understanding of the performance management system research background and the status quo at home and abroad at present,and in the requirements analysis phase,using the object-oriented analysis technique to analyze the demand of the system,and select suitable for the development language and development technology of this system.ASP.NET as system development technology is adopted in this system,and USES B/S structure and UML technology,in the aspect of database is to choose security department,high stability of the SQL Server 2008 database system.This system is mainly designed five major functional modules,respectively for the user management,query performance,performance management,monthly performance and system management.These features include the performance information,user information,query performance,performance calculation,statistics and other work,this system is able to put these work together,manage through modern management technology,simplifies the process of management,improve work efficiency,reduce the company in terms of performance management of fiscal expenditure.
