In the late19th century early20th century, the career of Chinesenewspapers was up to the climax, which was beneficial to the improvementand change of society in late Qing dynasty. The magazine "Zhejiang Chao",which was first issued in Tokyo on February17,1903, was the official organpublication of the Chinese students association, Zhejiang province. It hadpolitical characteristics, and formed public opinion at home and abroad toZhejiang province’s autonomy movement, industrial development, reform ofculture customs and public affairs problem. Through the establishment ofinvestigation department, and launched investigation then released theinvestigation result, showed the "Zhejiang Chao" colleagues’ thematicawareness and creative efforts in the build of public space in Zhejiang area.The open of “Novel column” was benefit from Japanese political novel and theadvocate of thought elites exiled in Japan like Liang Qichao. From "ZhejiangChao" Lu Xun started his literary activities, in science, military, political novel and so on. His choice was under the influence of the tide, then formed hisliterary concept gradually, which was of special significance to the rich anddevelopment of literary space in late Qing dynasty.
