The current trend of the occurrence of emergencies show growth,With the development of the Internet,The public publish the emotion,ideas and other information about the events through the network.That forms the network public opinion,and continues to spread In the network space.Network public opinion has become the public opinion forces which impact the development of events and can not be ignored.Network public opinion data is mass and heterogeneous,and it is difficult to organize and achieve data sharing.Based on the above problems,the work of this paper is as follows:First,this paper proposes an ontology model of contingency public opinion case.The model is based on the ABC ontology model as upper ontology.The important concepts and their relations in the ontology model of emergency public opinion case are given,and the content of expert reviews into all aspects of the case.Second,the sub-ontology model of emergency public opinion is proposed.By defining domain knowledge,abstracting domain concepts,Based on the ABC ontology model,the domain ontology of emergent network public opinion is constructed,laid the foundation for unified public opinion data to be structured.Third,achieve the case of public emergencies example of the application.The implementation framework of event,public opinion and case commentary is designed,and their respective XML SCHEMA structures are given.Combined with the emergency of Tianjin Port "8.12" explosion,realize the event XML,public opinion XML,case XML,to validate the model.This paper presents a representation method of case model of emergency public opinion.And modeling the State Council major accident investigation report and public opinion.And the model is validated with examples.
