| The net-planning and optimizing for the mobile communication network has encountered great challenge brought by the rapid development of China Unicom. With drastically competition of moblie network company , economical and scale network is demanded. Especially in Chao Yang poor hill area ,it is important that Computer Aid of Planning and optimizing is an effective way to solve the problem. In this paper ,with rapid increasing number of user, frequency is becoming exhausted. The copy coefficient of copy frequency is little, appeared problem is multiplicity and complexity. Only depending on daily maintenance,it isn't satisfied for high quality calling. More and more capital manpower are put in to optimizing network. How to reaching best runing of network ,how to enhance quality of calling, how to elevate level of network serving,how to improve utilizing of equipment, they are duty of mobile operator. The author expatiates on the present status and the facing key problems of the mobile communication network intelligent planning, and researches the theory of the expert system relatively in details. The studied achievements in the paper are listed as following:Part 1: The description of the development of mobile communication current Chao Yang Unicom's network-planning and optimizing is introduced. Author anlysis the difficulty of wireless network via investigating net-planning process and theory of optimizing ; author also simply introduce software.Part 2: In network planning ,the map is selected and main concern problems that involved are analysed. Author points out three major problem :overlay, interfere and capacity. At the same time,the function of caculating and anlysis is accomplished including: prediction of receiving wireless network ,prediction of overlay , prediction of neighbor cell calculating probability of interfere ,traffic loading and demand of channel, anlysis of interfere, distribution of frequency ,etc. |
