Since 2012,the WeChat public platform has entered the sixth years.From the traditional media,Internet Companies and big enterprises,to the government agencies and small group of individuals formed the competitive market.It still has broad market prospects.Education is a complex and huge field.In the process of children's growth and learning,there are many people can be served,many "pain points" need to be met and it has a lot of focus on education.The plan tries to explore the operation mode of "Zhejiang Youth" under the new media environment,the specific plan is mainly from four aspects:In terms of content construction,the location and target users are determined.The time,frequency,quantity,the content,the visual effect and the visual design are determined according to the user's use habit and the content analysis.In terms of user operation,the automatic response setting is replanned,the users' message management is paid attention to and processed in time,and the activities of online and offline are more fully planned and more targeted,so that the activities are more attractive.In terms of marketing promotion,we should pay more attention to the planning and supporting propaganda of large-scale activities,enrich the form of activities and promote the investment in the funds,manpower,preparation and propaganda,and transform them into brand benefits and economic benefits.In terms of profit model,on the basis of the maturity of operation model and the stability of users,Through developing online education products,deepening the cooperation and providing educational services tobroaden the profit channel and enhance the overall competitiveness of the public platform.
