With the rapid development of the Internet and information technology,smart phones,information,and more and more channels for people to obtain information.Digital information has gradually become the mainstream type of information.As the regional literature and information center,public library is an important channel for the masses to obtain information.With the rise of concepts such as digital library and mobile library,public library has taken the construction of digital resources as one of the main development directions.All kinds of people is increasing with the demand for digital resources,whether in children,adolescents,the elderly,and other special groups,in the process of meet the demand of culture cannot leave the digital resources,the status of the digital resources in people's minds is becoming more and more important,level city of zhejiang province should attach importance to construction of digital resources in public libraries,the construction of the comprehensive resource type,enriching the content of digital resources,and improve the quality of the digital resource service,and reasonable planning library website,enlarge the influence of digital resources,provides the high quality for the broad masses of digital resources.This paper selected the 11 level city of zhejiang province public library,through investigation and research of 10 public library digital resources,induces the prefecture level in zhejiang province the problem on the public libraries in the digital resources construction,and to solve these problems,and reasonable Suggestions and countermeasures,and to the development of city public library digital resources in zhejiang province for reference,to speed up the construction of public library digital level city of zhejiang province.This paper is mainly divided into five parts to investigate and study the digital resources construction of prefecture-level city public libraries in Zhejiang Province:The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research purpose and significance,research status at home and abroad,research methods and ideas,and innovation points of the paper.Through the review of the domestic and foreign related literature on the construction of digital resources in public libraries,this paper lays the foundation of writing and investigation.The second part is the specific investigation,which is divided into two parts:the survey design and the survey results.The survey design includes the identification of 11 public libraries in prefecture-level cities of Zhejiang Province as the investigation objects.The survey method is mainly network survey method;The content of the survey is mainly divided into five aspects: types of digital resources,content of digital resources,services of digital resources,website construction of digital resources,and construction methods of digital resources.The result of the survey is the statement and detailed analysis of the survey contents after the investigation on the types,contents,services,website construction and construction methods of digital resources of 11 public libraries.It provides the basis for pointing out the existing problems and providing suggestions below.The third part is the case study.Three libraries,Hangzhou Library,Ningbo Library and Wenzhou Library,are selected from the investigation objects to carry out specific case studies,state the investigation status and summarize the characteristics and deficiencies of each library,so as to provide reference for other libraries under investigation.The fourth part is the question,according to the second part and the third part analyzes the content of the district cities of zhejiang province far from the public library digital resource quantity,type,not enough comprehensive,low utilization rate of digital resources,the website construction is unreasonable,column lack of management of digital resources,digital resources access restrictions,co-construction and sharing degree more low five aspects.The fifth part is to put forward the suggestions,according to the fourth part of Zhejiang prefecture-level city library digital construction problems in the corresponding suggestions and strategies,mainly including the expansion of digital resources,digital resources type;Pay attention to the promotion of digital resources,and increase the publicity of digital resources;Strengthen the construction of the website and enhance the interactivity of the website;Standardize digital resource column management,establish management department;Access restrictions should be reduced and resources should be jointly built and shared.
