Investigation And Analysis On Physical Space Of Public Libraries In Hefei Area Of Anhui Province

With the rapid development of science and technology and the gradual improvement of the people's living standards,people are increasingly demanding the physical layout and service functions of public libraries under the increasingly complicated network environment.The traditional function of public libraries,"collection,lending and reading",can not meet readers' requirement.Therefore,as one of the most important ways to upgrade and innovate the service and function of public libraries,it is very important to strengthen the physical rebuilding of library entities.Moreover,the domestic public libraries have also carried out the reconstruction of physical space in order to meet the needs of users,and at the same time improve the quality and level of the physical functions of the library's physical services so as to maximize the utility of library resources and at the same time,the physical space reconstruction of libraries in information agencies and research institutes contributed to their own strength.In this context,the author first surveyed 8 Hefei Public Libraries and Anhui Provincial Library set up by Anhui Provincial Department of Culture,using the network research and on-the-spot research methods to locate and publicize their physical space reconstruction.Professional guidance and evaluation system of the relevant data and situation conducted a detailed statistical analysis.Secondly,the author selected three public libraries as the object of case analysis.They were the Anhui Provincial Library,the Hefei City Library,and the Feixi County Library.Taking this as an example,this paper introduces the typical project of physical space reconstruction and analyzes its physical space.The problems existing in the process of reengineering are pointed out.Problems such as lack of propaganda,lack of service function,unsound construction of spatial assessment system and low attention of professional guidance are pointed out in the reconstruction of physical space of Hefei public library.Finally,from different perspectives,the writer put forward suggestions on how to strengthen the reconstruction of public library entities.From the promotion of publicity to the analysis and satisfaction of the needs of users,to the enhancement of user interaction,to.the construction and improvement of spatial assessment system,finally,from the point of view of professional guidance and improvement of this process,the writer put forward my own suggestions in order to provide a reasonable,pertinent and practical reference for the construction of physical space recycling in public libraries in Hefei area in our province opinion.This article mainly analyzes the following six parts of the research analysis:Part ? is the introduction,which introduces the background of the research,the purpose of the research,the research status quo at home and abroad,the way of investigation and the innovation.Part ? is to explain the analysis of the nouns involved in the reengineering of the library entity.Part ? is to survey the defined nine public libraries in Hefei,Anhui Province,selected for investigation,and to investigate the construction orientation,propaganda methods,professional guidance and evaluation system construction of physical space reconstruction,and conduct detailed analysis of the status quo.Part ? is case analysis and enlightenment.Taking the three public libraries of Anhui Provincial Library,Hefei Library and Feixi County Library as an example,this paper first introduces the concrete projects.of the physical recreation of the three public libraries,and then,through the feedback of users,the specific circumstances of the space reconstruction of the three public library entities.Part ? is the existence of problems and analysis.Combined with the detailed investigation and case analysis on the overall situation of entity space reconstruction in the public library in Hefei of our province before,this paper put forward the specific problems and the reasons why these problems appear.Part ? is thinking and suggestion,focusing on the existing problems,according to the status quo and case analysis,making specific and reasonable suggestions.Part ? is the conclusion,including simple summary and outlook.
