Risk Management Research On Broadcasting System Reforming Of Radio G

Project risk management, refers to the methods that people use to identify and assess the potential losses in order to take appropriate actions to reduce the effect of the uncertainty. As other projects, the Radio G’s broadcasting system reforming project is facing kinds of risks. Meanwhile, because of some factors such as site renovation,24‐hour‐nonstop broadcasting, the Radio G’s project has its own features and needs targeted risk management.The paper uses the basic theory of project risk management to perform the omnibearing and overall‐process risk management of the Radio G’s broadcasting system reforming project, mainly from three aspects of risk identification, risk assessment and risk response. In the risk identification section, by the means of brainstorming, we identify the specific performance, causes and consequences of all risk factors. There are mainly six kinds of risk of technical risk, construction risk, organizational risk, project schedule risk and human resource risk. In the risk assessment section, using expert‐scoring method, we grade the possibility, seriousness and controllability of risk, calculate the final composite score by which we sort all risks. The higher score risk will get higher priority to deal with. According to the assessment result, we take different actions against different risk factors. Against the technical risk, we use AHP method to analysis and pick out the risk‐less embodiments. By reasonable partition, dedicated power supply and marking audio lines, we can reduce the construction risk.Considering the lead agency, budge and data backup, we try to avoid the organizational risk. We use the fault tree to find out factors affecting the progress of the project and make emergency plans. We avoid human resource risk by training, supervising and assigning responsibilities. By the risk management, we reduce loss and ensure the success of the project. Finally, we hope to form an effective approach of risk management for the broadcasting radio station, and provide guidance and reference for other domestic broadcasting system reforming project.
