The digital and informational development of university library must have the corresponding mode of the human resource management.There are some problems existing in the human resource management of university library,such as lack of planning in human resource management,inappropriate human resource management,brain drain,and so on.It is difficult to attract high-quality personnel and professional managers.Therefore,we investigate the relevant situation of human resource management of university libraries in Henan Province,and analyze the existing problems.On the basis of that,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the efficiency of human resource management,so as to improve the overall service level of university library,and to accelerate the pace of the digitization and informatization development of the University Libraries.This paper contains six parts.The first part is the introduction.This part illustrates the main points of the human resource management of the libraries at home and abroad,and expounds the research background,research contents,research methods and innovation points of this paper.The second part is the overview of the library human resource management.This part mainly introduces the contents and related concepts of the library human resource management.The third part focuses on the investigation of the current situation of human resource management of university libraries in Henan Province.Through investigation of the current situation of human resource and human resource management of nine different levels of university libraries in Henan Province,such as the gender,age,professional title,educational background,academic background of librarians,the basic situation of administrative leaders and management system of university libraries,and so on,the paper provides the basis for further research and analysis.The fourth part researches the problems existing in human resource management of university libraries in Henan Province.Based on the survey data of the third part,this paper analyzes the feasibility and deficiency of the human resource management of university libraries in HenanProvince,and then obtains the overall situation of human resource management of university libraries in Henan Province.The fifth part sheds light on the concrete countermeasures of strengthening the human resource management in the university libraries of Henan Province.Based on the problems existing in human resource management of university libraries in Henan Province,this paper puts forward some strategies for improvement in the present situation of the human resource management of University Libraries.The sixth part summarizes the main conclusions and shortcomings of the whole paper.
