The Human Resource Management System (HRMS) is oriented with the company’s management system, which requires a simple and easy-to-use, more secure and so on. As the day-to-day management, it includes the recruitment management, personnel management, training management, compensation management, attendance management, etc. For larger enterprises, Human Resources Management System plays a central role in the company. It is the role of not be ignored, once the system fails. The entire workflow will be paralyzed; this will give the company an immeasurable loss. How to design a better management efficiency, smart and strong Human Resource Management System has become an important issue facing enterprises. This paper describes.The Paper introduces Human Resource Management System designed based on.NET The system uses the C#language as development language, SQL Server2005as the back-end database, data access with ADO.NET technology. Firstly, from the user requirements, functional requirements, performance requirements, and other aspects of system requirements analysis; then the system features modular design, database design; further based on.NET and VS2005platform, using the C#programming language, SQL Server2005database implementation of the system. The main function of the.NET Human Resources Management System includes personnel management, recruitment management, salary management, system maintenance and so on. Finally, the system tested the design.After functional testing and performance testing, human resource management system has been running in good condition on line.
