With the continuous development of social science and technology, enterprises have been larger, as the staff continues to increase, more and more relevant data, enterprise management more difficult. The traditional manual management and entry no longer meet the needs of the company’s development, with the increase in employees’ basic data, such as employee title, time and attendance, payroll, etc., personnel and payroll management staff often have to spend a lot of energy. For each company, payroll and personnel management wages are an important part of enterprise management, the traditional payroll system no longer meet the requirements for the development of new businesses, fixed salary formula does not meet modern business management thinking now wage project formula varied, often associated with the transfer of personnel, time and attendance management, payroll calculation combined with the need for new human resources management system to achieve. Although some of the existing payroll system features such as custom set of books, salary calculation formula can be used, but some operations are relatively complex and require a lot of time to learn how to use the payroll system. System Management: Operator management, database backup and recovery and initialization. Personnel Reminder: including birthday reminders and job alerts. Implementation of the system of personnel wages units facilitated.
