In the business enterprisepersonal management area, computer application has been widely, all kinds ofmanagement mechanism and the operation procedure of enterprise and computertightly together, the application of computer to further improve the enterprisemanagement, improve the image of the modern enterprise management.The personnel management system is a typical information managementsystem, this system is a in order to adapt to current each industry personnel to thedemands of the management and development of the design software system,personnel management system from to operate and friendly interface, flexible,practical, safe based on the requirements of personnel, attendance, complete wages,training, such as the user to the whole process of management, including newemployees to join in the establishment of the personnel file, older staff’s exit,employees in the change of position by information revision, the worker staffinformation query, updating, and personnel management work, and attendancemanagement, including employee wages inquires, the payroll, modify salarymanagement printing, etc and staff training information management work, andusers of the system of the account number password management.Through the software test, this paper designed by personnel informationmanagement system can satisfy enterprise personnel, salary management needs. Inthe meet demand, but also reflects the operation is simple, practical, friendly safetyand reliability.
