Supplier Evaluation Decision System Design And Implementation Based On AHP

Enterprise has more suppliers to choose,the selection of supplier is more important. In general, the choice of supplier companiesselected have a significant impact on purchasing. The evaluation of supplier is the foundationand prerequisite for vendor selection. However there is not forming a comprehensive andintegrated evaluation system at the time of supplier evaluation and selection, the manager’ssubjective judgment and supplier of general information are often used. Supplier Evaluation DecisionSystem is based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process, it can overcome the subjective factors andmake supplier selection become more comprehensive, reasonable and fair.Firstly，this paper gives an overview of development and current status in the relevantdomestic and international supplier evaluation and selection, put forward to the scientificevaluation of supplier evaluation and selection. Secondly introduces the key technology andthe specific implementation details of Supplier Evaluation Decision System. Then elaboratesthe basic theory of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and flexible used in the program. It canquickly provide comprehensive evaluation of priorities and provide a relatively accuratebasis for managers by the way of AHP model，consistency test of judgment matrix and weightcalculation. The system also provides auxiliary functions, such as supplier management, ordermanagement, contract information and arrival of good check.The application of Supplier Evaluation Decision System can provide enterprises to makescientific and reasonable evaluation to the supplier，supporting managers to make a reliable,valid scientific basis decisions. It can not only reduce the risk of purchasing unqualifiedproducts or services，but also promote enterprise economic higher and faster development.
