Research On The Evaluation Criteria System Of Supplier Selection Of XY Company

In the market environment with economic globalization,customization and more and more competition,the cooperation relationships between enterprises and supplier are getting closer and closer.In order to adapt to market changes and get competitive advantages,an increasing number of enterprises begin to establish strategic partnerships with suppliers.XY is a company whose main business is the research,production and marketing of electronic products.Most of the clients of XY company are enterprises,public and research institutions.In recent years,more and more clients focus on the quality and deliver of products which are produced by company XY.And the production of XY's products depends on the suppliers.So XY Company needs to strengthen the suppliers'management and enhances company's supply chain level to maintain industry competitiveness and establish the corporate image.How to establish a scientific,reasonable and objective supplier evaluation criteria system is one of the most important aspects for XY Company.Based on the above background,the thesis takes supplier evaluation as the main analysis route to analyze the current situation of XY Company's supplier management and indicate XY Company needs a set of integrated supplier evaluation criteria system to remedy inadequacies in the current system.With literature research,Delphi method,AHP and questionnaire method,the thesis establishes a supplier evaluation index system which includes twenty-one indexes.Based on a production case of XY Company in 2019,the thesis finishes the application verification of above system and shows the supplier selected by it owns more inner strengths,such as QS,production equipment,reputation and so on.By the verification,the thesis also proves the system is effective and it could provide a certain of improvement of supplier management for XY Company and practice value for similar enterprises.
