The Nriet Supplier Management System Research And Design

Modern enterprises focus on economic efficiency. The purchase costs of the supply department determine input costs of enterprises, and affect the economic efficiency of enterprises. The important link of purchase and supply is supplier management. Strengthening this management to set up a scientific and reasonable system will improve business efficiency and competitiveness with important significance.Firstly, according to the study of China Information & Electricity Development INC. LTD. Nanjing (NRIET), the status of supplier management is analyzed and the enterprise's overall supplier management process is designed in this paper. The suppliers of the enterprise are classified based on the characteristics of the suppliers. Each classification of suppliers is given a different supplier evaluation index system and a corresponding evaluation method. The weight of each supplier evaluation index system is given, and the score criterion is also designed for each evaluation index. Then the structure of the supplier management system of NRIET is analyzed. The architecture of the system is given. And the functional modules of the system are designed in detail. On the basic of analysis, the database of the system is designed, and the operation example of a classification of suppliers is also given. Finally, the system is developed with the use of Visual Basic.net as a system development tool.The study results of this paper meet the requirements of enterprise, promote the standardized management of enterprise, and also have certain reference to the similar enterprises.
