Research On Evaluation System For Supplier Selection Of X Company's Memory Packaging Project

With the tide of global economic integration,the global economy is more and more tightly integrated.The role of supply chain becomes more and more prominent.In the management of supply chain,suppliers are particularly important for enterprises to control the risk of external resources and reduce the operating cost.Memory packaging is an extraordinarily complex and precise production collaboration,which requires a high level of suppliers.But in the actual operation process in recent years,X company has found many problems in its cooperation with suppliers.Therefore,how to further strengthen the management of supplier selection and evaluation,improve the efficiency of supplier selection and evaluation,and has become an urgent problem to be solved in the memory assembly project of X company.Based on the concept of supplier selection and evaluation and AHP method,this paper first introduces X company's memory assembly project,and analyzes the current situation of the evaluation system of the supplier selection of the memory assembly project in X company from four aspects: the selection of the evaluation subject,the selection of the evaluation process,the selection of the evaluation index and the quality control of the supplier,and then finds out the existing problems and causes of the current evaluation system of the supplier selection of the memory assembly project in X company by using the interview survey method.Then,in view of these problems,after clarifying the principles and ideas of improving the supplier selection and evaluation system,this paper puts forward the optimization scheme of supplier selection evaluation system for X company's memory assembly project from four aspects.Finally,in order to improve the selection and evaluation system of X company's assembly project suppliers and put it into practical application quickly,this paper puts forward the corresponding specific safeguard measures.The research of this paper first hopes to find out the problems in the evaluation system of X company's memory assembly project supplier selection,and then take measures to solve these problems to ensure the normal operation of the evaluation system of X company's memory assembly project supplier selection;secondly,the research of this paper can provide decision-making basis for X company's assembly project supplier management,and establish effective supplier channels to meet the needs of market development,improve the operation efficiency of the company's supply chain,and then bring more benefits to the company;finally,this paper uses some feasible methods and more scientific ideas in the research,which can provide certain reference and reference for other projects and the improvement of the company's supplier selection evaluation system.
