"Anti-corruption" is one of the most popular topics today, no matter on TV,radio, newspapers or the Internet, the public are receiving daily a large number ofrelevant information.Investigating its reason, its prosperity not only from theeighteenth big clear increase of anti-corruption efforts, more doping since the mediaage the public’s desire for fair and open of information, so "anti-corruption" areactually coincidence point of media issues with the public.Newspapers in China has aunique and fresh mouthpiece, and agenda setting is to guide the audience to thinkwhat,how to think,so mastering the latter’s art is particularly important in the newsreport.Thinking is based on the above problem, this paper with the agenda-settingfunction of view to consider the present domestic anti-corruption, the integrated useof random sampling method,content analysis and comparison analysis,the full textis divided into five parts.First chapter is the introduction Outlines about thedevelopment trend of research of the anti-corruption reports from the macro agendasetting in recent years, and narrates the research background, The second chapterintroduces the the theoretical origin of agenda setting as a vast theory ofcommunication, and this article learn from some of the classic case study method; Inthe third chapter,it summarizes the reports of the status quo of corruption in ourcountry since the new period, and from the agenda-setting function of vision to lookat this emerging issues;Fourth chapter selected party newspaper and the metropolisdaily, and design five contrast groups,issue types, incident reports,not incidentreports,issues’presenting, issues’nature,and eventually contrast the five indicatorsto complete data collection, then points out their advantages and disadvantages ofthem;According of the samples,the fifth chapter describe four disadvantages ofanti-corruption reports:source of false,the agenda of the organization’s imbalance,reported editorial’s elite,the conception of shallow.And the author puts forward fourSuggestions:associative network, check the source, expand the scope, to modifythe agenda, full of fun, close to the masses, complement each other.Trying toprovide some practicable suggestions for the media workers’operating anti-corruptionreport in future.
