Stduy On The "Agenda-Setting Theory" Of Weibo Public Opinion About Micro-Blog Anti-Corruption In China

Micro-blog anti-corruption events have been explored on the internet frequently over the past three years, which provokes serious concern over the various media and the public. Micro-blog anti-corruption has become the frontline positions of the "network anti-corruption" in the new era, and also become the "Bright Sword" of supervision by public opinion. Before and after The18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, a lot of high officials stepped down because of Micro-blog anti-corruption such as Zhou Jiugeng’s "astronomical cigarette" events XieZhiqiang’s "open a room through the micro-blog" events LeiZhengfu’s "nude picture scandal" event and so on. All of the corrupt elements with huge sensational effects were impeached by weibo users through microblogging platform. No doubt, the corrupt element were punished by the law that they deserved, fairness and justice were also protected. Micro-blog anti-corruption has gotten a huge success and has played it’s unique charm in the " network anti-corruption".Micro-blog anti-corruption events occur all too frequently during the anti-corruption combat, which attracts the interest of specialists and experts in every domain. Discussion and research about "Micro-blog anti-corruption" poured in from all angles such as Criminal Justice, Political Science, Psychology, Communication sciences, Management and so on. The current academic literature using Communication theory focused on the following aspects of "Micro-blog anti-corruption":the system of affect, model study, current situation and countermeasures, information dissemination characters. However, there are a lot of problems about what the source of "Micro-blog anti-corruption" issues come from, how to set the agenda, what the phase of agenda setting, how to intrigue the butterfly effect and so on. These problems are highly robust to temporary shocks to the Agenda-setting Theory in the traditional media.This paper, connecting with eleven classic Micro-blog anti-corruption events occurred in the last five years, and applying with both theory and practice methods, both quantitative and qualitative methods, both problems and solutions methods, will analyze the Agenda-setting Theory about "Micro-blog anti-corruption". Firstly, this paper will focus on the domestic development, main Features, the influencing factors of public opinion. Secondly, this paper will analyze the sources of this issue, the new features of the agenda-setting function, the transition of the system of affect. Thirdly, this paper, taking "Lei zhengfu " anti-corruption event as an example, will dissect the formation stages and performances of "butterfly effect" and its Weibo variables. At last, based on the analysis of the whole paper, further analysis of the negative effects in the process of microblog anti-corruption and finally putting forward appropriate suggestion.
