The Problems And Countermeasures For Information Service Management Of Hebei Financial University Library

The university library, center of university information, is an important academic institution to serve university teaching and research. Its basic task is to serve its users. Nowadays, with the rapid development of network communications technology, information service has become the core of the university library and has grown beyond infancy. However, the university library management is in the state of disorder. As the quality of information service management has a direct impact on that of information service, the university library has to solve the existing problems from many aspects and manages the related elements scientifically, which is an important subject in the research of current university library information service.This paper, combined with my real work, analyzed the problems in the information service management of Hebei University of Finance library and put forward corresponding solutions from four parts.First, to analyze the status of domestic and foreign University Library Information Service Manager,identify research ideas, find the research focus. Second, on the basis of elaborate information services, analysis the charcateristics of the information service and information service management,theory and principles of information management.Third, combined with my real work, analyzed the problems in the information service management of Hebei University of Finance library and put forward corresponding solutions from four parts,including person information resources,funding and service mode. Fourth, to propose a solution for the problem in the four areas of personnel, information resources, funding and service mode.This paper tries to enrich and deepen the theory of the management of library information service by the study of the relative question further and makes it possess some cretion practical significance, it will guide not only the library information service work in Hebei University but also the work to improve that of all university libraries in new situation.
