As an important embodiment, level of job of university library information service satisfaction has always been the concern of the library of the problem, is the important foundation of college practical teaching and scientific research work. As the university library management center of gravity from the "book" to the "standard", the library service concept also gradually become a "reader centered".In other words, the library is to serve users, so the service quality evaluation should be based on the users’ satisfaction to the service and determine, as a communication channel between library and readers.Based on the actual situation of Heilongjiang university library, this paperwas merged and modified LIBQUAL+~? and CSI evaluation model, to build a more targeted service quality evaluation system.At the same time, based on the investigation of Heilongjiang university library readers, through the statistics, sorting and analysis of the present condition of the information service satisfaction in Heilongjiang university library evaluation, and is summarized the corresponding problems, put forward the improvement Suggestions and measures, hope to improve the library service quality, relevant basis was provided for improving user satisfaction.This paper on the research background and related theories to sort out and summarized, and on library information service satisfaction model was summarized and the system arrangement.At the same time, based on the related theories and practical experience, based on the actual situation of Heilongjiang university library information service satisfaction questionnaire design, including four service level of 26 service description and the basic information of the reader and open questions, and reliability analysis for the questionnaire.In sorting based on the results of the questionnaire, from two aspects of description and service level, to analyze Heilongjiang university library information service satisfaction.Finally, based on the results of correlation analysis of Heilongjiang university library the current service satisfaction relevant improvement Suggestions and concrete measures are put forward.
