| The Classical Chinese teaching is a very important part of Chinese senior high school education.There are a great number of reasons contributing to the problems in Classical Chinese teaching in Linxia region. In order to guarantee the objectiveness of the data and research results involved in the study, the writer himself investigate the subjects in three different grades in Guanghe senior high school by delivering 600 questionnaires and then interview 23 Chinese teachers in the school. By the investigation, the writer found the following questions:Teachers’ Classical Chinese teaching concept and method is very old,some teachers themselves lack Classical Chinese knowledge;Students’ Classical Chinese level is generally poor, passive learning is serious; The masses in the region did not attach enough importance to the education;Education propaganda is not enough, and so on.To solve these problems,The thesis puts forward four Suggestions.First, teachers should base on the real learning situation to improve the effectiveness of teaching,update concepts of teaching, inspire the interests of students, and strengthen the delivery of Classical Chinese knowledge.Second,students should identify the purpose,improve learning interest, strengthen the recitation and increase the extracurricular reading in Classical Chinese.Third, in terms of textbook writing and the dealing of chosen text, the writer should base on the fact to write such materials that can arouse students’ interest and enhance students’ writing.Forth, education department should pay attention to the cohesion between senior high school and junior high school in Classical Chinese teaching, focus on the development and improvement of teachers’ proffesional skills and training, strengthen the publicity of education in Linxia region and create good Chinese learning environment. |
