During seven years of classical Chinese teaching in the senior middle school, The author found teaching of classical Chinese existed many problems. Firstly, the teaching way was obsolete and humdrum. Secondly, the teaching way ignored entirely students'centre status and cognizing and grasping classical Chinese in the course of study. Thus, the students became machines taking many notes. They relied on even more their teacher in every aspect of studying classical Chinese. Lastly, the teaching way affected students'interests deeply. Therefore, The paper on the study of reading a loud classical Chinese in the senior middle school had not only theory value but also realism significance.According to the reform of new course, Chinese education ,reading & appreciating , and psychology theories, the results of 542 students'survey questionnaires about reading a loud classical Chinese in the senior middle school, and classical Chinese of college entrance examination in ten years recently, the paper discussed clearly many problems about the present ways of classical Chinese teaching and put forward some feasible measures.The paper included two chapters. The first chapter derived from urgent attention problems in the present classical Chinese teaching on the base of the results of survey questionnaires from the senior middle school students. The second chapter considered the strategy about classical Chinese teaching and presented the effective approach of teaching and learning classical Chinese according to the first chapter.1. Interest and positivity of student to classical Chinese must been improved by effect ways. 2. The teaching of classical Chinese in the senior middle school must better take in tradition experiences, such as realizing, exploring, admiring and valuing classical Chinese by reading a loud. 3. The teaching of classical Chinese in the senior middle school would become spirit foster function of mother tongue education and important effect of student spirits. Moreover, it strengthened the relation between classical Chinese and real life.4. College entrance examination of classical Chinese in the senior middle school had been analyzed.
