Research On The Construction Of Chinese Medicine Nursing Talents' Layered Training System Based On Nurses' Core Competence

[Objective]Exploring the core competence indicators of Chinese medicine nursing talents,based on this,construct a layered training system for Chinese medicine nursing talents,and provide basis and reference for the standardized training,scientific management and precise deployment of Chinese medical clinical nursing staff.[Method]1.Using the Delphi expert correspondence method to construct the core competence indicators of Chinese medicine nursing talents.Through literature review,comparative analysis,and research group discussion,we can understand the current situation and existing problems of Chinese medicine nursing talents training,actively learn from foreign advanced experience,form the core competence elements of Chinese medicine nursing talents at all levels,and initially construct the core competence index framework of Chinese medicine nursing talents;Through focus group discussion,we will improve the questionnaires for experts on the core competence indicators of Chinese medicine nursing talents;through the Delphi expert correspondence method to screen specific items,and finally establish the core competence indicators of Chinese medicine nursing talents.2.Using Delphi expert correspondence method to construct a training system for Chinese medicine nursing talents.Through the literature research method,combined with the core competence indicators of Chinese medicine nursing talents at various levels in the early stage,the expert inquiry volume of the Chinese medicine nursing talent layered training system was initially constructed;through the focus group discussion,the expert questionnaire of the Chinese medicine nursing talent training system was improved;finally,the Delphi expert was passed.The letter-and-answer method determines the training system for the separation of Chinese medicine nursing talents.[Result]1.After two rounds of Delphi expert consultation,29 experts' opinions tend to be consistent.The recovery rates of the two rounds of questionnaires are 100%and 93.1%respectively;the expert authority coefficient is 0.823;the coefficient of variation of each index is between 0 and 0.182;The coordination coefficient of this study was statistically significant after examination,P<0.05.Finally,the core competence indicators of TCM nursing talents were established,including three levels,four indicators of universal TCM nursing talents,nine secondary indicators,21 third-level indicators,and 34 general indicators.The first-level index of backbone Chinese medicine nursing talents There are 7 indicators,16 secondary indicators,38 tertiary indicators,and 61 total indicators.There are 7 first-level indicators for expert TCM nursing talents,18 secondary indicators,47 third-level indicators,and 72 total indicators.2.After two rounds of Delphi experts' inquiries,29 experts' opinions tend to be consistent.The recovery rate of the two rounds of questionnaires is 100%;the expert authority coefficient is 0.901;the coefficient of variation of each index is between 0 and 0.165;The coefficient Kendall w was 0.198,which was tested for significance,P<0.001 was statistically significant.Finally,the Chinese medicine nursing talent training system with high consistency was established,136 items of popular Chinese medicine nursing talent training system,106 items of backbone Chinese medicine nursing talent training system,and 85 items of expert Chinese medicine nursing talent training system.[Conclusion]1.Through the Delphi expert's letter of inquiry,this study established the core competence indicators of Chinese medicine nursing talents,and provided comprehensive and quantifiable standards for evaluating the core competence of Chinese medicine nursing talents,which pointed out the direction for talent management and education of Chinese medicine hospitals.2.Through the Delphi expert's letter of inquiry,this study established a tiered training system for Chinese medicine nursing talents based on the core competence of nurses,providing care managers and nursing educators with the training objectives,curriculum and assessment system.Guidance on operability.
