[Objective]To explore the current situation and problems of standardized training of nurses and construct a scientific, reasonable and practical way of diversity training and implement the training way in the training of nurses,to discuss the training effect.[Method]The study reviewed a large number of domestic and foreign literatures and understood the current status of standardized training of nurses. We investigated the situation about standardized training of 126 new nurses who entered a first-class hospital in Nanjing from 2013 to 2015.The investigation includes general information of nurses, the cognition about new work development importance, training satisfaction, the competence of position and the rationality of training time by using a series of rating scales, such as satisfaction questionnaire, the nurse post competency questionnaire survey and so on.By analyzing existing problems and combining the need of hospital,we designed diversified standardized training method and put it into use in the training in 2016.Thus,the traditional training method was adopted in 2015 for 48 nurses as the control group and the diversified training methods were applied in 2016 for 51nurses as the experimental group. Then we compared the difference between the two groups. All subjects conformed to the inclusive criteria and volunteered this study. The survey analyzed the satisfaction index and nurse examination results between diversity training and traditional training. The data was input into the database and SPSS19.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis.[Results]1 General data analysis of two groups of nurses:To conduct a baseline survey of nurses'theory and operational capability in 2016 from different institutions before the standardized training. In 2015,there was no statistical significance(t = 0.952,p= 0.346)in the theoretical results of undergraduate nurses and college nurses, and there was no statistically significant difference in operating performance(t = 0,269,p= 0.790).There was no statistically significant difference between undergraduate nurses and college nurses in 2016(t = 0.117,p=0.907),and there was no statistically significant difference in operating performance(t =1.559,p= 0.126).The gender of the two groups of nurses was compared with P= 0.957,compared with P= 0.547,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).The theoretical and operational capability of the two groups of nurses was conducted before the training, and the theoretical achievements of nurses were 1.853,P=0.064;The result of the operation was Z=0.502,P=0.616,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).2 Training a year nurse theory operation comprehensive ability achievement:The theoretical results of two groups of new nurses(Z=2.218,P=0.019,P<0.05).The performance comparison(Z=1.989,P=0.043,P<0.05).Compared with the comprehensive ability of nurses,(Z=4.739,P=0.000,P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.3 training satisfaction:Two groups of nurses compared the content of teaching content, and the experimental group was better than the control group(Z=6.8063,P=0.000),and the difference was statistically significant.Compared with the satisfaction of teaching form, the difference was statistically significant(Z=17.802,P= 0.000).Compared with the comparison of teaching evaluation satisfaction, the experimental group was better than the control group(Z=4.525,P=0.000),and the difference was statistically significant.4 A year of training of nurses' competency questionnaire self-evaluation and tutor evaluation:The score of the experimental group was better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5 The nurse participates in the nurse standardized training time comparative analysis:Forty-four people in the experimental group showed that there was a time to participate in the standardized training.Only 14 participants in the control group participated in the standardized training time.77%of nurses are occasionally unable to attend training or are not usually available for study time.[Conclusion]The application of diversified training methods can effectively improve the comprehensive ability of new nurses. At the same time,it has obvious effect on improving training satisfaction and job competence.
