Objective1.Based on modern apprenticeship,the training model of contra-aperture vocational nursing professional was be construed preliminarily.2.To analyze and demonstrate influence of the “modern apprenticeship talent training mode for vocational nursing majors” on the students' knowledge,clinical communication ability,humanistic care ability,self-directed learning ability,critical thinking ability and nursing specialty.3.Exploring a better teaching and practice mode for the modern apprenticeship talent training for higher vocational education in our country's vocational education,so as to improve the post vocational ability of students and promote the healthy development of higher vocational nursing specialty.Methods1.Investigation method: Through the methods of literature research,theoretical research,group discussion and questionnaire survey,According to the development of nursing education in higher vocational education in China,social needs and industry development trends,a preliminary vocational nursing specialty is formed,the“Modern Apprenticeship Talent Training Program” framework.Through two rounds of expert demonstrations,we have established a trial standard for the “modern apprenticeship talent training program” for the higher vocational nursing specialty.2.Experimental comparison method: A total of 92 self-enrollment vocational nursing students(graduated secondary nursing students who have passed the nurse qualification examination)of A vocational college in Si Chuan 2016 were selected.Randomly divided into experimental classes and control classes,each class has 46 students.The experimental class is trained according to the modern apprenticeship talent training program,and the control class is trained according to the routine higher vocational nursing personnel training program.At the time of enrollment(beforetraining)and at the end of the third semester of enrollment(mid-term training),evaluated the Communication ability,humanistic caring ability,self-directed learning ability,critical thinking ability and so on of two different classes by scales.From teacher's point to comprehensive evaluated nursing ability by the nursing comprehensive ability scale.At the same time,compared theoretical scores and operating skills in nursing core courses of two different classes by theoretical and skill test.Results1.Constructed model of the "Modern Apprenticeship Talent Training" for Nursing Specialty in Counterpart Higher Vocational Colleges.The finalized higher vocational nursing program “Modern Apprenticeship Talent Training Program” refers to the development rules and characteristics of higher vocational nursing education and the apprenticeship training structure and constituent elements.The enrollment system,training objectives,curriculum setting system,and school Double tutor's teaching operation and management mechanism,multi-dimensional student evaluation system consists of five major sections.2.The trial results of the “Modern Apprenticeship Talent Training Program” for counterpart vocational nursing specialty.There was no significant difference in the general information,entrance theory assessment,skills operation assessment,clinical communication ability,humanistic care ability,self-directed learning ability,critical thinking ability,and self-concept of nursing specialty between the two classes of students at the time of admission(P>0.05).After the middle period of training,the students in the experimental class have learned nursing core courses,and the theoretical assessments of internal medicine,gynecology,obstetrics and gynecology,health assessment,and basic nursing technology are better than those of the control class.Surgical nursing skills,internal nursing skills,basic nursing techniques skills and health assessment skills scored better than the control class,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the experimental class training,clinical communication ability,humanistic care ability,self-directed learning ability,critical thinking ability,and professional self-concept score were Higher than the control class(P<0.05).Compared with before and after the training of the class itself,the clinical communication ability,humanistic care ability,self-directed learning ability,critical thinking ability,and professional self-concept score after the experimental class were all better than before training(P<0.05).Self-directed learning ability and critical thinking ability were better than before training(P<0.05).Clinical communication ability,humanistic care ability,and professional self-concept were improved,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the test class students' comprehensive nursing ability assessment is better than the control class after training,with P<0.05 as the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions1.The “modern apprenticeship talent training mode” has significantly improved the students' theoretical knowledge and operational skills.2.The “modern apprenticeship talent training program” is conducive to raising the awareness of clinical post competency abilities and professional self-concept of counterpart vocational nursing students.3.The implementation of the "modern apprenticeship talent training mode" provides a new idea for the development of integrated nursing education in secondary vocational schools in China.It effectively avoids the disadvantages of the traditional vocational education in higher vocational education,improve the quality of nursing personnel training,and meet the social needs of nursing personnel.
