Based On Specialist Nurses Core Competence To Research The Operating Room Nursing Specialists Training Courses

Objective: As the goal-oriented,based on specialist nurses core competence,establish the operating room nursing specialists training courses in Corps.Apply Delphi method to analyze the results.Finally established the operating room nursing specialists training courses in Corps.For managers in the future to carry out better operating room specialist training to provide a reference basis,and constantly promote the construction of specialist care team to improve the quality of training.Method: 1.The literature analysis method: through the literature,the core competence of the specialist to determine the operating room nurses framework,including professional quality,perioperative nursing ability,critical thinking ability,management ability,communication ability,professional development ability,the six core competencies.2.The expert consultation method: based on the status of specialist nurse training corps of the operating room,and core competence as the goal to guide to health nurses,and set each core competence according to the specific training content,drawing up the training plan,and using two rounds of the Delphi method to evaluate,through the active coefficient of experts,authority coefficient,variation coefficient,coordination coefficient and other indexes,reliability and scientific inspection,the result of the consultation specialist nurse training scheme finalized the operating room.Results: 1.Experts including clinical nursing specialists,nursing management experts,nursing education experts and clinical surgeons from operation room specialist nurse training base of three general hospitals,had high subject representativeness and regional representativeness.2.Reliability of two rounds of expert consultation: The positive coefficient of the two rounds of expert consultation were 100% and 97.2%,showed high enthusiasm of experts;degree of expert authority coefficient Cr is 0.901 and 0.908,higher credibility,with better representation of the subject;a second round of training scheme of expert coordination coefficient was 0.505(P < 0),the theory of curriculum experts coordination coefficient 0.533(P < 0.00),practice course expert coordination coefficient was 0.392(P < 0.00),with significant statistical significance test showed that better coordination degree of expert opinion,the reliability of the consultation results strong.3.This study determined the Corps operation room specialist nurse training programs,including the selection criteria,teachers,training time,training objectives,training assessment,training content,etc..A total of 49 entries,the importance of the average score range from 4.06 to 5.00,the standard deviation of the range from 0.000 to 0.531,the coefficient of variation was from 0.000 to 0.136.4.Determined the specific training content: theoretical courses and practical courses: theoretical courses for a total of 70 content,the importance of the mean scores in the range of 4.06 ~ 4.97,the standard deviation is 0.148 ~ 0.613,the coefficient of variation was 0.029 ~ 0.145,38 practical course content,the importance of score values in the range of 4.14 ~ 4.96.The standard deviation is 0.209 ~ 0.560,the coefficient of variation was 0.042 ~ 0.135.Conclusion: This study showed that the training program of the specialized nurses in the operation room is reliable and scientific,which can provide the reference for the training of specialized nurses in the operation room.
