Employment is essential in people’s life. The employment problem of graduate has become a focus, emphasized by society, which concerns the stability of society and the development of national economy; also it is an important standard of talent quality fostered by higher education. It is a safeguard to improve graduate employment to carry on the research of graduate employment in different lines, specialties and stages.The medicine higher vocational-technical education is the important component of medical education and the vocational education system in our country. This has the important status and function in present health vocational education, and the important basis of developing our country health enterprise. In recent years, our medicine higher vocational-technical education’s scale of study programs, recruitment of students quantity has great increase, and provide large quantities of technical talented person for our country’s public health. But because of emphasizing medicine and neglecting nursing, emphasizing medical service and neglecting auxiliary, in current country medicine higher vocational-technical education’s development still existing the lack of talent quantity, the quality is not high, hierarchical structure is unreasonable, moreover the medicine higher vocational-technical education graduate meet much pressure in search of employment from health system reform.The article analyze society factors, employer factors, graduate individual factors and university factors influenced on medicine higher vocational-technical education graduate.and proposing the measure of graduate employment, and proposing the employment guidance system concerning medicine profession’s development including organization system, course system,service system, quality system and evaluation system. Which can strengthen student’s instruction, help them set up correct choosing profession idea, raise good professional quality, master the necessary choosing profession skill, and foster high quality operation talented person for our public health’s development.
