Recently,all kinds of entrepreneurship and innovation activities have increased.Under this situation,colleges and universities have also carried out entrepreneurship education.As the main place for cultivating practical talents,higher vocational education institutions actively promote the implementation of entrepreneurship education under the guidance of relevant policies.H higher vocational nursing specialty actively carries out entrepreneurship education in response to the policy,but the results are not significant and can not play a positive role in practice.This thesis mainly takes H higher vocational college as the object of case analysis,discusses and analyzes the implementation of entrepreneurship education of nursing major in this college,and proposes solutions through the analysis of the problem.Firstly,the thesis analyzes the basic theories of entrepreneurship theory,entrepreneurship education,ability model theory and entrepreneurship ability,and summarizes the research results in the fields of entrepreneurship education,nursing entrepreneurship education,ability and entrepreneurship education.Secondly,PEST analysis tool was used to analyze the entrepreneurial environment of nursing industry.And also the feasibility of entrepreneurship education in nursing specialty was analyzed.It is certain that the nursing market is on the rise and has good business prospects.And it is feasible to do the entrepreneurship education in nursing specialty.In addition,this study conducted interviews with relevant personnel of entrepreneurship education in H higher vocational school and teachers of nursing majors to explore the status quo of entrepreneurship education for nursing majors in Chengdu H higher vocational school.This thesis designs a questionnaire based on the mature entrepreneurial competency model of college students,and constructs a model of entrepreneurial competency for nursing students in Chengdu H Vocational School according to the questionnaire of entrepreneurial ability of nursing students in higher vocational colleges.Finally,combined with the interview and the entrepreneurial skill level of H vocational nursing students,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the entrepreneurial education of students and schools,and summarizes the ways to obtain the entrepreneurial ability of H vocational nursing students,The author puts forward a solution to improve the entrepreneurship education of professional nurses.Entrepreneurship education should take students as the center,as the specific research object,the thesis analyzes the entrepreneurial quality of nursing students in Chengdu H vocational school through entrepreneurial competency factors.Taking the students as the core of entrepreneurship education as the specific research object,the thesis analyzes the lack of entrepreneurship quality of nursing students in Higher Vocational Colleges in Chengdu through the factors of entrepreneurship ability,and takes this as the research object.Starting point,and then makes an analysis of the problems existed in Entrepreneurship Education of nursing major in higher vocational colleges,and propose corresponding solutions referring to the interviews.The research results provide a new research path for entrepreneurship education of nursing students in other professional colleges. |
