China's Higher Occupation Education has scaled expansion strategy development,move to enhance the quality of education and teaching as the center of the connotative development model transformation,as an important part of higher vocational education personnel training work is faced with hitherto unknown opportunities and challenges after entering twenty-first Century,.Higher vocational education is an important part of higher occupation education,is one of the important categories of higher occupation education in recent years,the country is in structural adjustment,the reform of medical education,medical education resources optimization,cultivating the social needs of the nursing,pharmacy and medicine related high technology applied talents,an important job do.Higher vocational education of medicine is a high level education in the current medical vocational education in our country,which has the same characteristics with the general higher medical undergraduate education.Medical training target of higher vocational education can be defined as: the application of medical technology training center,aimed at the grass-roots health posts or posts,training with medical comprehensive occupation ability and quality,to adapt to the medical treatment,prevention,health care and community health services and other basic needs of medicine applied talents.This paper takes Zunyi Medical College as an example,through the investigation of the employment situation of graduates,statistics of actual medical vocational talent output,problem analysis and the social demand for talents in higher vocational medical room,find the insufficiency of the training pattern of medical vocational talents,suggestions.
