The new crown epidemic of the early 2020 s brought great challenges to the world and triggered a rethinking of life and health.At the same time,it brings opportunity and challenge to the whole medical profession and medical vocational colleges,and puts forward new requirements for the long-term development of public health in China.As the main reserve army of the future nursing staff,the nursing graduates in higher vocational colleges should have full occupational risk cognition before entering the nursing post.Combining with the severe and special employment situation under the epidemic situation of new crown,this paper analyzes the main factors that affect the employment orientation of nursing graduates in higher vocational colleges,based on the knowledge of management,sociology and cognitive psychology,this paper analyzes the influence of different cognitive level of occupational risk on the employment orientation of nursing graduates in higher vocational colleges,and explores the effective strategies to strengthen occupational risk education,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to effectively enhance the long-term and stable employment willingness of nursing graduates in higher vocational colleges,so as to promote the continuous supply of nursing human resources in China and help to implement the strategy of "healthy China".In this paper,838 nursing graduates from J Higher Vocational College were selected as cluster sample by questionnaire,and the data were analyzed by SPSS25.0 software.The statistical data show that students with high occupational risk cognition and low psychological reaction are more willing to take up nursing jobs after graduation,and more choose the third-class hospitals and departments with higher occupational risk,prefer to choose hospitals below the county level,to reduce excessive contact with patients,reduce the intensity of Labor to reduce occupational risks.In addition,the degree of satisfaction of Vocational Risk Education and security policy has a direct impact on the employment orientation of nursing graduates.According to the investigation results,the author sorts out the problems and analyzes the reasons,finally summarizes and puts forward four countermeasures and suggestions: Paying attention to humanistic care,improving occupational welfare,strengthening occupational risk education,ensuring occupational safety,innovating the coordination mechanism of Medical Education and education,raise the level of risk cognition,guide the orientation of employment and improve the quality of career planning.The research significance of this paper is mainly shown in the following two aspects: on the one hand,the analysis and elaboration of the relevant theoretical contents of occupational risk cognition and employment orientation will provide theoretical basis for the public administration field and employment work in colleges and universities in China,on the other hand,the investigation and analysis of occupational risk cognition and employment orientation of nursing graduates of class 2020 in j higher vocational college were carried out by cluster sampling,to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to ensure that nursing graduates in higher vocational colleges actively and steadily choose nursing jobs,it is of great practical significance to the training of nursing talents in higher vocational colleges and to the sustainable and stable supply of nursing human resources in the field of public health medical service.
