University-enterprise Cooperation:the Effective Mode Of Higher Vocational Education Of Medicine

In recent years,Vocational Education develop rapidly and the scale expand constantly in our country,the talent training mode of work and study combination,university-enterprise cooperation and the internship has been initially established.Higher vocational colleges to carry out the education of university-enterprise cooperation is an important strategic choice for the development of Higher Vocational and technical education in our country,but also the inevitable result of higher vocational education development.Medical higher vocational colleges as a type of higher education,it has the dual attributes of higher education and vocational education.Organized around the goal of talents training,docking the medical and health system reform and regional health development actively,promote cooperation in running schools,cooperation in education,cooperation in employment and cooperation in development is the fundamental of the development of Medical Higher Vocational Colleges.University-enterprise cooperation,as one of the most effective mode of national advocate personnel training,has been researched and practiced by medical vocational colleges.The development scale of foreign university-enterprise cooperation has been gradually mature,domestic scholars and experts on the basis of the development of university-enterprise cooperation in foreign countries and the successful cases,from the development of domestic university-enterprise cooperation in many aspects expressed their views and suggestions.But at present the talent training mode research of the university-enterprise cooperation in medical vocational colleges is still not perfect,also need more personnel to participate in,to discuss and research the development needs of medical vocational colleges university-enterprise cooperation.Based on the views of many domestic and foreign scholars on the university-enterprise cooperation,this paper takes the Fujian health College as an example,Mainly combined with 5 core contents,the major construction,the curriculum reform,the teacher structure adjustment,the construction of practice teaching base and the construction of campus culture and so on.Select 5 representative cases to analyze,a comprehensive analysis on the current university-enterprise cooperation education achievements and problems;and based on the university-enterprise cooperation achievements and dilemmas,carry out a more in-depth analysis on the existing model of cooperation,to put forward more effectively improvement suggestions,such as broaden cooperation areas,strengthen personnel training,promote project development,so that we can clearly see the bright prospects development of Medical higher vocational colleges.
